.asia Domains Terms and Conditions

By submitting an application for a .asia domain name, you confirm that you comply with the .asia Sunrise and Charter Eligibility Requirement policies and are eligible to hold the domain name as set out in the application.

You confirm that all information provided in the application is true, complete and correct, and is not misleading in any way. If any information is later found to be not true, or is incomplete, incorrect, or misleading in any way, or if you have submitted the application in bad faith, the domain name license can be cancelled and you can permanently lose the use of the domain name.

By making an application for an .asia domain name with TPP Internet, you agree that the application may not be revoked; no refunds will be given for change of mind. All applications must be paid for in full up front; no application will be accepted without payment. Payment can only be made in Australian Dollars.

Sunrise Phases

The application fee for all sunrise applications is not refundable; except in the case where a domain name has been allocated to another registrant in a previous registration phase. In this case the application will be refunded in full.

Refunds will not be provided if an application is submitted to the registry and subsequently declined. TPP Internet has no control over the allocation process that operates at the .asia Registry and accepts no liability if domain names applied for are not successfully registered.

It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that all sunrise applications are submitted well in advance of the sunrise phase closing date. TPP Internet cannot guarantee the submission to the registry of any sunrise application that is submitted less than 48 hours prior to the sunrise phase closing date.

Landrush Phase

If the registry receives more than one application for the same domain name during landrush, the domain name will be auctioned and the applicant that is the highest bidder will be allocated the domain name. TPP Internet has no control over the allocation process that operates at the .asia Registry and accepts no liability if domain names applied for are not successfully registered.

The application fee for all landrush applications is non refundable, except in the case where a domain name goes to auction and is awarded to another applicant. In this case a refund will be provided less a 10% administration fee. If the domain name has been allocated to another registrant in a previous registration phase then a full refund will be provided.

It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that all Landrush applications are submitted to TPP Internet prior to 5pm, Monday 10 March 2008. TPP Internet cannot guarantee the submission to the registry of any Landrush application that is submitted less than 48 hours prior to the Landrush phase closing date.
