.au Geographic Domain Names
By submitting an application for a .au Geographic Domain Name on the .auDA reserved list through TPP Internet, you confirm that you comply with the .au domain name registrant policy and are eligible to hold the domain name as set out in the application.
You confirm that all information provided in the application is true, complete and correct, and is not misleading in any way. If any information is later found to be not true, or is incomplete, incorrect, or misleading in any way, or if you have submitted the application in bad faith, the domain name license can be cancelled and you can permanently lose the use of the domain name.
TPP Internet will only accept one application per .au Geographic Domain Name on the .auDA reserved list. Applications will be accepted by TPP Internet on a first come first served basis; should TPP Internet have already received an application for a specific domain name, the subsequent application will be returned to the applicant.
Once an application for a .au Geographic Domain Name on the .auDA reserved list has been accepted by TPP Internet, you agree that the application may not be revoked; no refunds will be given for change of mind. All applications must be paid for in full up front (inclusive of the $825 inc GST auDA fee); no application will be accepted without payment. Payment can only be made in Australian Dollars.
Applicants are advised that the auDA fee ($825 inc GST) for .au Geographic Domain Names on the .auDA reserved list will be removed at 2pm on Friday 26 October 2007. Should any domain names still be available at this time, they can be registered via TPP Internet’s online order flow for the standard .au registration fee.
Applications for .au Geographic Domain Names on the .auDA reserved list will be submitted to the registry by TPP Internet once the registry commences accepting applications. This is currently scheduled for 2pm AEST on Sunday 21 October 2007.
Applicants are advised that the .au registry registers .au domain names on a first come first served basis, and in the competitive nature of the domain name industry the release of .au Geographic Domain Names on the .auDA reserved list is available to all .au Registrars. Whilst TPP Internet will make all efforts to register .au domains in a timely manner, TPP accepts no liability if domain names applied for are not successfully registered.
Refunds will be provided less a 10% application fee if an application is submitted to the registry and subsequently declined.
It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that all applications are submitted prior to 12 noon, Friday 19 October 2007. TPP Internet will not accept any applications submitted after this time.
