SSL Certificate Terms and Conditions

By ordering any SSL certificate through TPP Internet, the applicant is bound by the terms and conditions below, as well as GeoTrust's product terms and conditions:

Certificate Refund Policy
TPP Internet will replace, revoke, and refund (less 10% admin fee) certificates that have been issued within seven (7) days of the certificate issue date as long as they are for the same domain name. If you need a new certificate after seven days, you will be responsible for purchasing a new certificate. No refunds will be issued for change of mind.

No replacements revocations or refunds will be issued by GeoTrust or TPP Internet after the 7 day period. You will be required to place a new order through TPP Internet at full cost.
